Can you rise to the challenge of reducing your waste down to zero?
Thank you to everyone who has been involved in Zero Waste Week, if you would like to return your comments electronically, please use our online form.
Over 180 people took part in the week, which was well beyond our expectations and goes to show that people are ready to take the next step beyond recycling. One of the biggest successes was the traders in Clare going plastic bag free for the week, so our thanks go to everyone who was involved there.
If you didn't sign up to take part in the week and would like to see the top tips, download the registration pack (PDF 93Kb).
Another one of our great success stories was Karen Cannard and her family who managed to reduce their residual waste down to only one plaster for the week! You can follow her story and see how she is continuing the project at her blog 'The Rubbish Diet'.*
