waste electrical and electronic equipmentThe EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive became European Law in February 2003, setting collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods. This made manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment responsible for their disposal.

Kerbside collection for large electrical items

We offer a chargeable on demand collection for large electrical items such as televisions, fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and cookers. Visit our Bulky items page to find out more. You could also take items to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre free of charge.


Commercial WEEE collections
