The council has a set of Standard Conditions of Contract that are used for goods and services. It is our policy to contract under our own terms and conditions of contract. In addition to the Standard Terms and Conditions we may issue bespoke terms and conditions or standard form contracts for construction or engineering contracts for example. When you are invited to submit a quote or tender you will be issued with a set of the terms and conditions of the contract that may be awarded.
