Chedburgh: a well located industrial estate that straddles the A143 Bury St Edmunds to Haverhill road. Some development opportunities currently exist.

Gorse Industrial Estate, Barnham: two former military sites that have been developed as small industrial estates off the C633 to the south of Thetford.

RA3 (f)

Ingham: a small industrial estate adjoining the A134 Thetford to Bury St Edmunds road on the northern side of the village of Ingham.

RA3 (g)

Rougham: an industrial estate to the east of Bury St Edmunds with excellent links to the A14 via the new Rookery Crossroads interchange.

Saxham: a general employment area to the west of Bury St Edmunds with good access to the A14. A number of important employers are located within the estate including Claas UK Ltd, Minden Industrial Ltd, Calor Gas Ltd and R H Claydon Ltd. A significant area of land is available for development, part of which is now under construction.

Shepherd’s Grove: a former World War Two airfield that has developed into a large industrial area near the villages of Stanton and Hepworth. There are currently extensive opportunities for the further development of this estate which is situated just off the A143.
