HAV4 (a)

Bumpstead Road: an undeveloped site on the south-eastern periphery of the town adjoining the Haverhill bypass.

Falconer Road: a site on the eastern approach to the town adjoining the Haverhill Bypass and Sturmer Road. The estate contains a mix of small and medium sized industrial and commercial businesses. There is still some undeveloped land adjoining the Bypass in a prime position on this south-eastern entrance to the town.

HAV4 (b)

 

Hanchet End Business Park: a very well located site for A1307, A11/M11 and Cambridge on the north-western side of Haverhill. When this Greenfield site is developed it will provide an important gateway to the town and represent a prime position for ambitious firms to relocate.

HAV4 (c)

Haverhill Industrial Estate: a large traditional industrial estate to the south of the town centre with a mix of industrial units. A number of important employers are located within the estate including Genzyme Ltd, IFF Flavour Division, Deltech Europe Ltd and Herma Labelling Systems. They are able to take advantage of the close proximity to the Haverhill Bypass. Smaller firms are catered for using The Hollands Centre and Hollands Business Centre. Nearer the Bypass there is also current potential for redevelopment with some units being unoccupied or underused.

HAV4 (d)

Homefield Business Park:  a modern business park south of the town centre and abutting the Haverhill Bypass that is rapidly developing. Occupiers include Sigma-Aldrich Ltd, Pace Products Ltd, Printwise (Haverhill) and Ultra Precision Products Ltd. Some vacant premises and opportunities for development.

Stour Valley Road: this is currently vacant.
