Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Season tickets are not transferable and may only be used by the holder.
   
2. The season ticket is valid only if displayed in the vehicle which corresponds with the Registration Number on the season ticket.
   
3. Season tickets may only be used in the car park for which they are issued.
   
4. The Season ticket must be prominently displayed on the inside of the front windscreen so that the information on the disc can be clearly read by an attendant.
   
5. Failure to display a season ticket will result in the issuing of an Excess Charge Notice.
   
6. Excess Charge Notices will not be cancelled on production of the season ticket after the event, the offence is for failing to display the season ticket.
   
7. Refunds can only be given on surrender of the season ticket.
   
8. Refunds can only be made postally and by cheque.
   
9. Refunds will not be given for periods of less than four weeks.
   
10. Lost or stolen season tickets will not be replaced.
    
11. Lost or stolen season tickets should be reported to Parking Services immediately to avoid fraudulent use.
    
12. Season ticket parking is subject to the availability of spaces. Under no circumstances can a space be reserved or guaranteed.
    
13. The council reserve the right to withdraw the season ticket facility from any particular site, existing season tickets will be honoured or an alternative offered.
    
14. If a season ticket holder fails to observe the above conditions the council reserves the right to withdraw the season ticket without refund and may withdraw future issue.
