The Moyse's Hall Museum provides an excellent education service for people of all ages. Special arrangements are available for all groups that book in advance.
Tours of the museum and the collections. Live interpretation events are also organised when characters in costume bring the house to life by re-creating an atmosphere from the past.
There are opportunities for self-directed learning. Staff are on hand to answer enquires, and there is a regular programme of lectures and workshops. School workshops are linked to the National Curriculum and are based on the museum, the collections and the temporary exhibitions.
There is also a range activities for children every school holiday, details of these as and when they happen can be found in our Museums events section.
