Friends of Moyse's Hall

The Friends are a group of people interested in our Heritage and determFriends event Tea with Mary Bealeined to support Moyse's Hall Museum for the education, interest and enjoyment of people living in the borough and of visitors to the town. The Friends are involved with providing refreshments during the Historical Market in November and funding lectures.

The Friends have run a couple of lectures this year with the last one being on Thursday 29 September there was a lecture on Bury Fair by Pat Murrell - which was supported by The Friends of Moyse's Hall, this went extremely well, with the lecture and buffet being fully booked in advance of the event.  See further events held at Moyse's Hall and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

As a Friend of Moyse's Hall Museum, Bury St Edmunds you can play an active part in helping to preserve our heritage, and have the opportunity of participating in our special events. Friends receive a regular newsletter, which includes background articles and information on the exhibitions.
