Cowlinge is a quiet, delightful English village.It has many pretty thatched cottages, a medieval church with a number of special features and a very welcoming public house. The annual Open Gardens Day is a very popular event towards the end of July with around 800 visitors each year, so if you are looking for a special day out at that time there is no better place.
