Cavendish is the perfect 'picture postcard' English village, known to many as the prettiest village in Suffolk. It has a number of thatched cottages and a 14th-15th century church (St Mary's) together with a United Reformed Church, Memorial Hall, school, pubs and more, all centered around a large village green. The thriving community has many activities throughout the year for villagers and visitors, including the village fete, and a range of clubs and societies.
