Barnham

Barnham is a small village is off the A134 close to the border with Norfolk and only a couple of miles from Thetford.

Until the 18th century it was divided into two parishes with two churches and although the 13th century St Gregory's church is in one piece all that remains of St Martins church, is its 14th century tower.

Much of the village was owned by the second Duke of Grafton whose estates are at Euston in 1730 and it has been considered part of Euston Estate ever since although now there are only a handful of houses owned by the estate.
