Land at Crown Lane, Ixworth RA2 (b) - Draft Masterplan Consultation
Comments are being sought on the Draft Masterplan for the Local Plan allocation off Crown Lane, Ixworth RA2 (b). The Masterplan will inform the preparation of development proposals for the site, to ensure that any issues affecting the interface areas between the site and existing development are appropriately considered.  Local Development Framework consultation
We are currently consulting on some documents which will help shape the future growth of St Edmundsbury. The Development Management document includes the policies which will be used to determine planning applications and the Site Allocations document proposes development sites in the rural villages. There is also a Proposals Map Book which shows key information in relation to specific settlements. We will be holding events across the borough so please come along and get involved. |

 Ixworth Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan Consultation (PDF 1.5Mb)
Views are being sought on a draft character appraisal which will be used to help protect the special nature of the Ixworth Conservation Area. As part of the appraisal, several amendments to the conservation area boundary are proposed.
