Our Contacts page lists details of our offices including addresses, phone numbers, email, location maps and opening times.

Let us know your views on our services and the website and we will do our best to take them into account:

• Complaints, comments and suggestions - give us your views by completing our customer feedback form;
• General information form - tell us about a change of circumstances such as a change of address or get information on the range of services we provide.
• Public consultation - look at and respond to the lastest reports which are open to public consultation;
• Website feedback page - comment on our website

All replies can be made electronically, but if you want to phone or write a letter a full list of contact addresses and hone numbers are available on our Contacts page.

Your council services are moving

Your Suffolk County Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council services are moving from 30 March to West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3YU. For more information see Moving leaflet (PDF 412Kb).

The move will happen over three weekends so please check when the service you need is moving (PDF 28 Kb) before you come to visit us.Our Haverhill office is not affected.
