Corporate Plan 2012 -2016 consultation

Consultation title  Corporate Plan 2012-2016
Aims and objectives  Feedback on the draft corporate plan will assist the council in shaping its final corporate plan and priorities.
Consultation summary

The borough council's corporate plan is a key document which sets out our short to medium term priorities, commitments and actions. During 2011 we reviewed our corporate plan and priorities to ensure that it is fit for purpose. We are now consulting on a new corporate plan and priorities for 2012 to 2016.
