Special arrangements are available for all groups who book a visit in advance.
| | How to book | | 1 | Read the information below and select the option you require. A copy of this information can also be sent to you by fax or post. | | 2 | Telephone the visitor centre (01284 728718) to make a provisional booking. Bookings may not be made via email. | | 3 | You will receive a booking form. Complete and return this, with the required deposit. |
School groups
| 1. Day visit option | | All schools will watch a 6-minute DVD. "In search of the Anglo-Saxons", explore the reconstructed Anglo-Saxon village and see the objects in the new Anglo-Saxon centre, with the help of an interpretation officer. | | Time – 10.30am-2.30pm | | Cost – £110 for up to 30 children, £220 for up to 60 children |
