Analogue and digital transmitters for East Anglia

In East Anglia there are three transmitters, Tacolneston, Sudbury and Sandy Heath. Click on the links to view more information for each transmitter.

This information is to be used as a rough guide as to which transmitters might be available at a specified location. It takes no account of the intervening terrain such as hills, or from a deep valley, or local surroundings such as the factory towers North of Bury St Edmunds. Other variables  might include the directional radiation patterns of some transmitters, or trouble from sources of interference such as strong CB aerials nearby. When you have a choice of transmitters giving similar field strengths, it is usually worth considering the closest first.
