Stable yard - East Town Park

This area of borders, raised beds and artificial ponds is managed as a wildlife garden, where many varieties of native plants attract a myriad of insects. These mini-habitats are used as an educational resource during school visits.

During the winter months a bird feeding station is established and woodpeckers, tits and finches can be observed and enjoyed from the warmth of the centre
