Parkour- sometimes referred to as PK was originally coined in France most famously by David Belle, Sebastien Foucan and Yamakasi. Parkour is to pass from one point to another in the most efficient way possible using any the environment to your advantage. Parkour can be done anywhere it isn’t just an urban sport.

Free Running

Free Running is a more recent form of Parkour taking the basic elements of travel but is based in an urban environment and is meant to be done in a visually pleasing way and often in a sensationalist manner.
