Holocaust Memorial Day offers an opportunity for people in the United Kingdom to reflect upon, consider and discuss how those events still have relevance for all members of today's society.
A Holocaust Memorial Day Service is organised by St Edmundsbury Borough Council and St Edmundsbury Cathedral and is held annually in the Abbey Gardens, Bury St Edmunds.
2008 Holocaust Memorial Service
This year's service was on Monday 28 January 2008 at 10.30am in the Abbey Gardens, next to the Holocaust Memorial Garden. The service was open to the public and all those who would like to attend are most welcome.
