Bury St Edmunds has more than 3000 parking spaces available. Short stay (usually up to four hours) spaces are near the town centre, long stay slightly further away.
An electronic messaging system is now in place to show motorists how many spaces are currently available at the main car parks.

There is also a separate Accessible parking map (PDF 132Kb) showing all the accessible parking in town, and other facilties for people with disabilities or mobility difficulties.
We run a park and ride scheme in the run up to Christmas.
