Visitors with an interest in archery can discover the ancient art of fletching atWest Stow Anglo-Saxon Village on Saturday 12 September
This hands-on workshop is suitable for beginners and will run between 11am and 1pm when participants will learn how to select, trim and tie feather arrow flights to create an Anglo-Saxon style arrow they can take home.
Participants will also have the opportunity to see a range of locally excavated arrow heads on display at West Stow which date from pre-history up to the Anglo-Saxon period, as well as the chance to explore the reconstructed Anglo-Saxon Village.
Tickets for the fletching workshop are £12 for adults and over 16s.
