The sights and sounds of the Big Apple are only a competition entry away for one lucky person who sends in the winning name for new eight-screen cinema in Bury St Edmunds.
You can now enter the competition on line at www.stedmundsbury.gov.uk by downloading the form or filling it in and emailing it. Entry forms are also at St Edmundsbury Borough Council offices, the Tourist Information Centre on Angel Hill or Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre. The closing date for entries is Friday 27 August so there is still time to come up with a name for the cinema and be in with a chance of winning a trip of a life time. The prize includes two free air tickets to New York, four nights in a hotel plus $500 (US dollars) spending money. The prize has been offered by Citygrove Securities PLC and the competition is being run by St Edmundsbury Borough Council on the company’s behalf.
