Marion Rushbrook has been elected to represent the Kedington ward on St Edmundsbury Borough Council following a by-election held yesterday (Thursday, 15 June).
The result of the poll was:
Marion Rushbrook (Conservative Party) 350 votes (elected)
Terry McNally (Liberal Democrat Party) 250 votes
Michael Simpkin (Labour Party) 51 votes
The turnout was 43%
