Prospect Row in Bury St Edmunds is to close to traffic for three weeks while work takes place to lay electricity cables.
Work is due to start on Monday, 26 June. While contractors are on site, access to the Prospect Row car park will be from Parkway and diversion signs will be in place.
The route will also remain open to cyclists and pedestrians and to people who live along the road.
The cables are being laid in preparation for the start of work on the Cattle Market redevelopment project.
