New date for BurySOUND heat one

Following the cancellation of heat one of BurySOUND on Friday 7 October, this is now rescheduled to take place on Sunday 23 October, at the Corn Exchange in Bury St Edmunds.

 

People with tickets for the original date will be able to use them on 23 October. If a band is now playing in a different heat, tickets will also still be valid. We would be grateful if people could let us know as soon as possible if they plan to use their ticket from 7 October for another heat, to help us keep a record of numbers attending. Heat one will now see performances fromKick 'n' Scream (formerly Deceiver), Despite Tuesdays Plan, The Black Mountains and Where's Jonny? Doors will open at 6pm with the first band playing at 7pm.

 

Heat two will continue take place on Saturday 22 October withA Violent Reaction,

Final Rest, Heartbreaker, Savannah and The Khe Sanh Approach. Doors will open at 7pm with the first band on at 7.45pm. Heat three is on Friday 4 November with performances from Biff Tannen, Burn, Forgive Is Forget, Out Patience and Polariss. Doors will open at 7pm with the first band on at 7.45pm. The best band from each heat will then compete in the final on Saturday 26 November.

 

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of the cancellation and would like to thank everyone who attended and the bands, for their patience during the evening.

 

Tickets are still available for all of the heats, costing £5 in advance or (£6.50 on the door) from the Bury St Edmunds coach and bus station, Hardcore Hobbies, MVC, Sounds Plus and Sunrise (all in Bury St Edmunds).
