A full military funeral for SAC Luke Southgate is planned to take place on Friday 19 March in Bury St Edmunds.
The whole of Angel Hill and Chequer Square will be closed to parking from 5pm on Thursday 18 March until the conclusion of the funeral, at about 1pm on Friday 19 March. Manor House car park will be closed from 9am to 1pm on Friday 19 March. All other car parks will operate as normal.
Angel Hill will be closed to traffic from 11am until about 1pm on Friday 19 March, while the funeral takes place.
Traffic on Angel Hill may also experience some disruption during a rehearsal from 10am to 1pm on Thursday 18 March.
