A date has been confirmed - Thursday 16 February - for a St Edmundsbury Borough Council by-election in the Westgate ward, Bury St Edmunds.
Nominations need to be sent to the borough council's Returning Officer by 12 noon on Friday 20 January. Applications for postal votes need to be received by 5pm on Wednesday 8 February.
Polling stations at Horringer Court Middle School and the Home Guard Club, Abbot Road, will be open from 8am to 9pm.
