Musical Moyse’s Hall is holding an original entertainment at 3pm on Sunday 29 March with a performance by ‘Minstrels Gallery’, a group of musicians specialising in medieval and renaissance music. The concert, entitled ‘Puddings and Pies’, includes traditional refreshments, and will be performed in period costume using various early instruments, whose origins will be discussed. The event is expected to last about 2 hours. Tickets cost £15, and children’s seating on cushions costs £5. Space is limited so booking is essential on 01284 706183.
Moyse’s Hall is open between 10am and 5pm (last entry 4pm). Normal entry is £3 adults, £2 children, £9 family. Free entry to St Edmundsbury residents.
