We are aware that speeding is an issue in our villages, and are therefore pleased to know that there are a few community speed-watch schemes across St Edmundsbury that are working towards reducing the number of vehicles that travel over the legal speed limit.
We are therefore offering a grant to villages that wish to set up their own community speed-watch group (or similar scheme).
Grants will be available on a first-come-first-served basis, and can be used towards the purchase of equipment or towards training.
