Property Services consists of:
- Building Services who are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all the council owned buildings and War memorials/monuments.
- Estate Management who let the council commercial/industrial units as well as being responsible for projects such as the development of the Abbey West Front.
- Facilities Management who are responsible for all public conveniences in Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.
