Corn Exchange, Bury St Edmunds

In 2010 St Edmundsbury Borough Council will be opening its new Apex public venue, within the arc development in Bury St Edmunds. At that time, the Corn Exchange in Bury St Edmunds will no longer be required as a public hall and the council has therefore decided to seek a new tenant for this important historic building. The council is inviting offers for the leasehold interest with vacant possession of the first floor of the Corn Exchange, Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds.  

 

Property Services consists of:

  • Building Services who are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all the council owned buildings and War memorials/Monuments.
  • Estate Management who let the council commercial/industrial units as well as being responsible for projects such as the development of the Abbey West Front.
  • Facilities Management who are responsible for all public conveniences in Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.
