Parish Conference

 

The next Parish Conference is taking place on
Monday 23 April 2012, 6pm at Great Barton Village Hall

If you would like to suggest topics that you would like to hear presentations on or receive a workshop about, please email rural@stedsbc.gov.uk

The Parish Conference take place twice a year (in Spring and Autumn). They provide an opportunity for St Edmundsbury Borough Council and its partners to update residents living in St Edmundsbury villages on current rural initiatives.  

 Parish Conference The intended audience includes:
  • Parish Clerks and Councillors
  • Village Hall Management Committee Members
  • Playing Field and Recreation Ground Committee Members
  • Local Community Groups
  • Local residents
 Parish Conference The conferences usually take the following format:
  • Registration, refreshments and networking;
  • Three or so brief presentations;
  • Refreshment break, with another opportunity for networking and to view our partner's displays; and
  • Interactive workshops (there is usually a choice of three).
