You can pay your council tax, business rates, invoices, housing benefits
over payments and car parking fines.

Why not setup a direct debit?
You can setup a direct debit simply by downloading and completing the relevant
form for Council

You can use a card from any of the following schemes

Will I receive a receipt if my payment has been successful?
When you have completed your payment you will be redirected to
an online receipt which you can print for your records.
You will also be emailed a receipt to the email address you entered. |
Processing your payments
Once your payment has been completed, we will process it within two working days.

Why do I need to enter an email address?
The email address is used solely for the purpose of sending you a
receipt detailing the outcome of your transaction. It is therefore important
that this is entered correctly and it is your responsibility to ensure
it's your current address and is in a valid format.

Is it safe?
Yes. When you clicked the last link you received a security alert stating
you are about to view pages over a secure connection. This can be confirmed
by the padlock
icon on your browsers status bar, for more information please visit www.verisign.com.
When you have entered your contact and payment details you will be transferred
to HSBC who will take your credit card details. At no point do St Edmundsbury hold your card details.

Is my browser compatible?
We have tested our online payments facility with Internet Explorer 5 and
above, Netscape 7 and Mozilla. St Edmundsbury Borough Council cannot guarantee
they will work correctly in other browsers. |
