Replacement St Edmundsbury Borough Local Plan 2016

On 27 June 2006, St Edmundsbury Borough Council adopted the Replacement St Edmundsbury Borough Local Plan 2016. The adopted plan forms part of the development plan for the area of St Edmundsbury and forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area.

Under the provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, all policies in the Replacement Local Plan 2016 have been ‘saved’ for a period of three years from the date of its adoption. The policies are therefore saved until June 2009.
