St Edmundsbury Borough Council would welcome your comments on the Houses in Multiple Occupation Strategy (PDF 534Kb). This strategy is an important document and updates our previous strategy for these types of properties having regard to the new provisions in the Housing Act 2004 and LACORS guidance.
