If you are under 60 and not working you can make a claim by calling the Jobcentre Plus call line 0845 6032451 where your claim will be completed over the telephone, together with your claim for Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support or Incapacity Benefit.

If you are over 60 you can also apply through the Pension Service website or call line 0800 991234.
