War memorials

War memorials are a familiar site in cemeteries and parks. They provide a great insight into our past. They are a dignified tribute to past heroes who gave up their lives during military conflicts.

In the borough of St Edmundsbury we have War Memorials at Bury St Edmunds Cemetery, Haverhill Cemetery and also outside the former Borough Officers in Angel Hill Bury St Edmunds.
