Temporary Event Notices

A Temporary Event Notice permits licensable activities at a premises within specified limits. Only the Suffolk Constabulary can submit an objection notice within 48 hours of the notice being served. If the prescribed limits are exceeded a counter notice will be served. If the police object, the applicant may modify the operating schedule with their agreement.
