Planning appeals and appeal register

 

If your planning application is refused, you have six months from the date of issue of the decision notice to appeal against a refusal. Forms can be obtained online via the Planning Inspectorate or by writing to:

Department for Communities and Local Government The Planning Inspectorate Room 3/24 Hawk Wing Temple Quay House 2 The Square Temple Quay Bristol BS1 6PN.

It is now possible to submit new appeals, search and comment on existing appeals online via the planning portal

If you commented on a planning application and are unhappy with the decision it is not possible for you to appeal.
