The Planning Helpdesk is part of the Planning department at Western Way and is available to answer planning related questions either by telephone, in person or by mail. We operate a duty planning officer rota which ensures an experienced planning officer is available to aid the helpdesk team in answering enquiries. If you wish to see the planning officer it is advisable to phone before setting off to make sure an officer will be available.
For a fee we are able to provide Ordnance Survey (OS) site location plans, copies of decision notices and provide assistance if you wish to check a property’s planning history.
The Helpdesk is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm.
