List of Relevant Dates for Applications

The following is a list of the LA-IPPC and LAPPC sectors as numbered in Schedule 1 to the Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations, and the relevant dates as referred to in Chapter 3 of the Regulations.

The dates given in the table are the "deemed application" dates. For example, a combustion activity is said to have made a deemed application under the PPC Regulations on the 1 April 2003, although the Permit is only required to be issued before the 1 April 2004 to all for adequate consultation.
