North West Haverhill Workshop On 24 March 2007 a workshop was held at the Samuel Ward Upper School and Technology College to discuss the future development of land at North-West Haverhill up to the year 2016 and to inform the council in the preparation of a concept statement. The purpose of the concept statement is to promote high standards of design and layout for the allocated site and to positively inform the preparation of development proposals in the form of a masterplan.
The workshop was open to local people and organisations with an interest in shaping the future planning of Haverhill and was attended by 35 delegates.
The workshop included a variety of tasks, each of which included a feedback session. The results of the feedback sessions have been collated and are available for view.
