Corporate Property Services are responsible for maintaining all the borough’s buildings.
| Previous work includes: | Photos | | Ram Meadow toilets – undertaken by Des Whymark |  | | The toilets have been completely refurbished and are now fully accessible with facilities for wheelchair users and for baby changing. |  | | Multi storey car park – undertaken by Robin Leeks | 
| | The multi storey car park had a major structural review carried out followed by high level brickwork repairs, ground floor deck refurbishment, updated signage, upgraded safety railings, redecoration, improved lighting and new facilities for the car parking attendants and CCTV operatives. The lifts were also upgraded to make them safer and easier to use. |  |
