After cremation

Cremation Garden of Remembrance:

This is an area within the lawn section which has been specially landscaped to provide a tranquil area for everyone to rest and incorporates various options for the disposal of cremated remains and commemoration. There is a choice of interments in vaults (Sanctum II) or loose interment of remains together with a vase memorial.

Borough Cemetery, Bury St Edmunds

Sanctum II Memorial:

The memorial and underground vault has been designed to be a fitting and dignified resting place for two urns or caskets of cremated remains. A sloping vase block seals the vault and a granite tablet is secured into the sloping recess. This granite tablet can be inscribed with your personal message. A flower container is incorporated in the design.

Memorial kerb vases:

These vase memorials are set alongside the path in the garden and have a memorial tablet and flower container incorporated in the design. There is a scattering area personal to each vase in the grass verge.
