A ballot is to be held on a proposal to introduce a Business Improvement District (BID) called Bid4Bury.
The ballot will be taken entirely by post, with votes to be returned by 5pm on the day of the ballot, which is 30 November 2009. This ballot is being run by St Edmundsbury Borough Council on behalf of Bid4Bury.
