Monitoring is a key aspect of the planning system, and we are required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report containing information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme and the extent to which policies set out in local development documents (LDDs) are being achieved.
This year's report, which was submitted to the Secretary of State in December 2011, covers the period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011.
