Grounds maintenance - The landscape team carries out a broad range of grounds maintenance work within St Edmundsbury and undertakes work not only for the borough council, but also for housing associations and parish councils.

Money Online payments - You can pay your Council Tax, Business Rates, invoices, Housing Benefits over payments and car parking fines.
East Town Park picnic area Parks - The Parks section manage and develop a wide range of green space, ranging from allotments, to the Abbey Gardens and West Stow Country Park. We also make leisure provision for people of all ages and organise a number of park ranger events throughout the year.

Planning and Building Control - Search for planning applications, make planning applications and advice and guidance on planning policy.

Borough map Plans and policies - We have a number of plans and policies covering a range of issues, such as equality and diversity, and the Corporate Plan, which guide us by setting out our priorities and how we deliver services. Some of these are required by central government and others have been developed by the council to meet local needs.

Property services - We are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all the council owned buildings, war memorials and monuments, let the council commercial/industrial units as well as being responsible for projects such as the development of the Abbey West Front and maintain all public conveniences in Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.

Rural communities - From community transport and the rural coffee caravan to the Rural Areas Community Initiatives Fund and the Rural Action Plan.

Trees

Tree management - The borough council is responsible for the maintenance of over 8000 individual trees and 135 hectares of woodland and tree belt located on borough owned land.

Waste and recycling - Bin collections, recycling, bulky items, clinical waste, hazardous waste, commercial waste, street cleaning and more.
