You have the opportunity to comment on the future development of an important area of the town. Suffolk Park has for some time been identified for development and a masterplan has been produced by Churchmanor Estates.
Homefield Business Park, Haverhill
The council is selling off its freehold interests at auction on 15 February 2010 arranged by Colliers CRE, experts in the field. The sale will not affect the occupants of the properties as all existing leases remain unchanged.

St Edmundsbury residents can obtain free home energy efficiency materials when they attend special DIY greener homes events at Fornham Community Centre on Saturday 23 January 2010 and Great Whelnetham Community Centre on Saturday 13 February 2010.
