Making payments

How to pay	What you can pay
Direct debit	Council Tax, business rates, invoices, housing benefits over payments and car parking fines can be paid by direct debit. Forms can be downloaded from the online payments page. Council Tax direct debits can also be set up over the phone by calling 01284 757275 during office hours.
Online	Council Tax, business rates, invoices, housing benefits over payments and car parking fines can be made online using our online payments system.
Post Office or PayZone outlets	Excess Charge Notices, debtors invoices and overpayment of benefits can be paid free of charge at any Post Office or PayZone outlet. Council Tax can also be paid at any Post Office or Payzone outlet but you will need a payment card, which can be ordered by telephone from the Council Tax Section on 01284 757275.

textphone to the emergency services (police, fire, ambulance or coast guard) dial 18000.
