The lowest Council Tax rise in the county was confirmed by a meeting of St Edmundsbury’s full Council. The rise of 1.9% is lower than the latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) level of inflation (2.9%) and Retail Price Index (RPI) at 2.4%.
