Ownership certificates

If you do not own the site, or you will encroach onto land you do not own, you must complete a Certificate B (included in application form). Notice 1 should also be completed and given to the owner of the application site to inform them of your application. Notice 2 is for publication in a local newspaper.

Certificate B Notifictation form for Householder Applications only (PDF 80Kb) as from 06 April 2009.

Notice 1 (PDF 37Kb)  - To be printed and served on individuals if certificate B or C is completed.

Notice 2 (PDF 37Kb) - This notice is for publication in local newspapers if certificate C or D is completed.
